Leverage has very poor leadership from the top down. That will be their downfall. They have very little respect for Engineers, and high turnover. This permeates through all levels of management. They have a very difficult time hiring Engineers, because of their reputation.
Upper Management is dishonest, seemingly bi-polar, and unreliable. They also very rarely follow through on their promises, so *always* get things in writing. If you do not have something in writing, consider it not valid. Management is very superficial and does not trust anyone whatsoever. Upper Mgmt is also unreliable and do not demonstrate consistency, trust, or values.
Lastly, the owner does not have skills when it comes to basic human interaction. That hasn't changed in the past 10+ years that I've worked with Leverage.
