LEVERAGE has very low turnover of employees. In fact, a majority of our employees have been with us for more than a decade! We try to work with our employees to achieve the work-life balance that is agreeable to both sides, and most are very happy with the work environment. Of course, there may always be disagreements with management style, but with our open door policy it is regrettable that this individual did not bring their concerns to the forefront for discussion and resolution.
