Great employees and team with lots of smart and talented developers and staff. Senior management always accessible. Nice team-building events like the annual company trip and a feeling that the senior management really does try to have a strong team.

Decisions were hastily made and last minute as a knee-jerk response to competition or the CEO's whim. When there were two CEOs, one pitted one's staff against the other and created a poor work environment. Entire departments were closed at that time.
