      Good pay package, while you are at clients location all expenses are covered. You rise up the hierarchy as you prove your mettle. No time bound promotions. people get promoted even in 6 months upon satisfying delivery. You learn at a very fast pace

      Cons

      No work life balance. Be prepared to burn midnight oil. Working environment is very stressed out. Unrealistic expectation from management
