      Pros

      They have insurance available almost immediately. You can schedule a day off when needed. There are many different opportunities there.

      Cons

      Contractors get no PTO. The communication with company representatives was weak. Contracts are extended without notice. It's not possible to change assignments if things don't work out. Their client can terminate your contract at any time without notice.

      Work/life balance, great people, flexibility, supportive leadership, casual for a cause

      Cons

      Slower to evolve in some aspects, but positives of the job outweigh this
