Pros

WFH is allowed twice a week

Cons

Pay is 30-40% less than competitors in the area (and laughable compared to industry standards). Management is incompetent, benefits are non-existent (tuition reimbursement, etc. are straight-up lies). Cliquey culture, no upward mobility unless you are a nepotism hire or middle management. You are expected to work whenever asked 24/7/365. There is no diversity whatsoever. You have to PAY LRS to wear casual clothes at work. "Fun" work events consist of the chairman showing off his car collection at a dingy old hangar. The backwards mindset is increasingly losing them clients. Oh and as a woman, I was harassed by multiple men at this company.
