This is a great opportunity to work with technology that will potentially be at the forefront come the next decade. The company has come up with a revolutionary way of producing the engineering sectors "next big hit" in the form of the light weight material Graphene and the varied project work not only has the potential to be extremely interesting but also extremely informative. A lot of skills and scientific knowledge has been gained and looks great on the resume. Added to this is some of the great employees at the company who have not only become great lifelong friends but also truly believe in the objectives set out by the company's foundation.

So notice I use the word "potential" twice. Everything about this company comes down to potential. This company could go so far if it wasn't for the tick-box micro-management philosophy it has found itself in due to the hiring of a new COO who has not only fallen out with former employers, but has been known to implement blank-box methods of management to current projects. Not only is there a lack of motivation to get employees to produce results, but a significant lack of understanding and empathy when management conduct project meetings which has reverberated throughout the company's hierarchy. I would advise any applicant to be very weary of all these points when considering a position at this company.
