Pros
Some pros I can list: 1) It’s a work-from-home job, but with a twist—you have to stay on Google Meet the whole day while working. 2) You’ll get a lot of work to do, which is great for learning. However, if you don’t work fast enough, they will start disrespecting you (at least consider the salary—it’s nothing compared to the amount of work they’ll give you). 3) Salary on time, but if you are going to leave the company they'll delay 4) The CEO was nice—if you worked more than 11–12 hours a day. Otherwise, you’d see his true nature. No matter how fast you work, you're still expected to put in extra hours.
Cons
Some cons I can list: 1) It’s a company where you won’t receive a PPO after completing your internship. After six months, you’ll regret your decision to join. 2) The employees (none of them have more than one year of experience—only 3 full time employees are there with less than 5 month experience ) are inexperienced. They try to build a rocket in a day, only for it to fail. 3) They set impractical deadlines for their clients. For example, if a project requires six months, they will promise to complete it in just 18 days. 4) If you're in college and want to waste six months, give it a try. Otherwise, it's best to stay away from companies like this. 5) Zero work-life balance—you have to work on Saturdays, and sometimes they’ll ask you to work on Sundays as well. The official office hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, but they’ll make you work until at least 8 PM, turning it into an 11–12 hour shift (the worst thing I’ve ever seen).
