      Interesting work, not much else.

      Cons

      All Managers come from Hardware and lack insight into software development. Rigid work rules. Parent Company is old line industrial with matching ideas.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
