      Good as a starting company out of school

      Cons

      Don't plan to stay long term, raises and promotion are slim to none. Talents are under appreciated and ignored or by passed.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
