      Pros

      Solid company, great co-workers, good benefits, annual bonus, provides as much job security as a job could now at days, jeans everyday, FREE ice cream on Wednesdays in the summer, FREE coffee in the morning, summer BBQ, a nice holiday lunch, opportunity for recognition, the company continues to grow and expand!

      Cons

      No flex hours, no summer Fridays, no work from home and in todays world these are extremely important to employees for all ages for various reasons.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
