Management. The entire place is structured where you have to micromanage yourself. Why does it matter how much gets made each and every hour? Some will be better than others; that's the nature of production. Having to keep track of time so much makes the day go by so much slower. No one knows simple things about how the company operates. There are a lot of grey areas on what is allowed and not, which makes it feel like just favoritism in the end.
