      Pros

      New building facility is one of the most recent positives. Colleagues are extremely helpful and give great positive reinforcement and critique. Great place to start.

      Cons

      Very boring as the cubicle environment forces people to be quiet and you can hear a pin drop (if the floors were not carpeted). Engineers should be utilized and consulted more by non-engineers especially in decisions that are technical/related. Pay/salary is not what it should be of engineers.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
