      Great parking area and nice cafeteria.

      Cons

      A harassing management that looks to blame workers for any minor instance they can. This leads to reprimands and ultimately termination.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
