Of course you can find the ins and outs of this company and find yourself frustrated by certain aspects but in my experience, I’ve been fortunate to work for LMC and have a fantastic career. I love my team, our communication and other collaborations.

The only downside I will say to this company is the salary. I wish it was more but I’m just at a point where I am grateful to be apart of an amazing team!

Very good compensation and sense of community.

The worst micro management I have ever experienced in any job. Pricing changes almost every day and they actively charge higher rent than other competitors.
