Boring & repetitive work No individual recognition given for sales successes, no constructive criticism given for improvements (didn't receive one piece of positive/ constructive feedback during my 15 months) Lack of ongoing training, staff development, support Shifts are often cancelled, 'postponed' and never replaced 14+ day gaps in between shifts in quiet periods (not mentioned in induction) Lack of incentives Will request your availability 6 months in advance
