Thank you for sharing your experience here. I would like to address a few points on behalf of Lexi HR. Firstly, no company would fire a worthy match on a whim. The process of hiring is too intensive and time consuming to be taken lightly. Secondly, we encourage applicants to share their views on the selection process to improve upon the same. There is no compulsion for employees to write the same. Thirdly, Package changes happen only in rare, one off cases, where we find the applicant's skill-set not matching the levels we intended to hire at. Our No-disturbance policy, between 10 am to 1 pm, every weekday, has met with great enthusiasm and enhanced productivity levels among employees. We intend to continue with the same.
