Truly great people to work with. Upper management is very professional constantly consulting lower level employees when making decisions for the company as a whole. The work environment is very inclusive with constant communication flowing from one department to another. Great first job for young professionals looking to start a career in real estate or property management.

I cannot think of any cons. This company is on the rise. Lexington is under great management who is very personable and approachable with employees.
Great on-call pay, most staff can be very friendly. Really nice neighborhood and residents for the most part.

Understaffed Maintenance. No on-call mileage. Decreased pay due to "bonuses." Poor bonus structure. Significant delays with corporate actions. No training - you just have to figure it out as you go. They do not believe in preventative maintenance.
