If it don't work out, they will cheat you out of whatever they can. $$ YOU will not be heard but any hear say will be. Must fit in with current employees. HR is not for the employees. Anything said to management or HR will be on the floor & passed amongst employees. You will be the last to know about what pertains to you but everyone on your shift will be speaking about it. Payroll app & documents will be altered by management and not HR.
