Pros
Lexmar is a great place to get started as a CDL driver. Runs are not complicated and pay is okay for a newbie. You get your own truck and they have lots of work. If you stick around you will get a good truck and make more by learning how they operate. Management is nice people who understand trucking.
Cons
Dispatch is inconsistent in its efficiency, so one week you run great and next week you waste a lot of time at customer location to get loaded or unloaded. Pay for experience needs improvement, and dispatching needs modernization.
