      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, team spirit, some great operational leaders, nice office at Danube, great DEI initiatives. Loved to work here before, but the past 5 years it became worse and worse.

      Cons

      Since GBS started, Budapest SSC is off the road, many positions moving to Asia and salaries are left well behind the Budapest job market

      Pros

      Interesting work and competent engineers. The office is casual and everyone is very friendly. Management is generally competent and reasonable. Very lax in terms of work-life balance, Lexmark generally trusts their engineers to get tasks completed but don't need you to be there 9-5 M-F.

      Cons

      Be prepared to survive frequent layoffs.
