Pros

Liatrio is the best company I have ever worked for. I have worked at Amazon, Microsoft, and Google and none of them came close to the experience I have here. At Liatrio I feel like I am making a real impact every day and my work directly matters to the success of the team and our clients. I receive meaningful feedback that helps me grow instead of feeling lost in a massive organization. It is also very clear that if you are struggling you can raise your hand and ask for help. The leaders are kind and understanding and all you need to do is communicate. They truly want you to succeed and they will always support you but they cannot know you need help unless you say it. The culture is supportive, fun, and genuinely inclusive and the people here care about doing great work together rather than competing for visibility. Leadership listens, communicates clearly, and creates space for everyone to contribute. It feels like a place where you can do the best work of your career and enjoy the environment while doing it.

Cons

Honestly none, in the 6 months I’ve been here I have been more happy than I’ve ever been anywhere else.

Pros

Liatrio is the best company I have worked for in my career. It combines the diversity of consulting with a strong focus on innovation and cutting edge DevOps / Cloud engagements. The people here are next level humans - always willing to learn and always willing to help. The benefits package is unheard of - the generous base salary is just the start. The dynamic quarterly bonus structure is a great model for maintaining company financial health, which is the case of Liatrio, is very healthy. Senior leadership is proactive in predicting dips in the industry, and has kept Liatrio in a very healthy state - one that allows for company on-sites for all employees, as well as travel bonuses and monthly well-being stipends for all. Leadership is transparent in monthly all-hands meetings. The culture is one of growth, with clear paths forward, and the promotion process is fair.

Cons

Some engagements can be challenging and stretch into tech stacks and efforts outside of the normal DevOps projects, but this is not the majority by any means. We move very fast to keep up with company trends, which can sometimes feel exhausting, but is also necessary.
