This Company is horrible - Production Liberator Employee Review

there is no pros working at this place

This is a family owned company that does not like any type of change. CEO gives title & positions that don't mean anything to him because he is micro-managing the whole company and every position. He looks down at minorities and makes slick comments. Management has changed in the shipping warehouse and this guy will smile in your face but will report back to master, CEO about anything negative he can say just to get you out. The turnover rate is extremely high and they will fire you to save money and have the other workers work even harder and longer. mandatory OT when the peak season hits and you will be working 15hrs M-F. If you are a hard worker they will give you all the work to do while the manager and other shippers go and play basketball, disappears and smoke weed. (CEO knows about that as well). Also, the sons work for the company and they post positive reviews to make the company look good. (on other websites.) When business slows down it really slows down for months and they begin laying off a lot of people and no work on Fridays for some depts. There is always two sides to a story but this is NOT the place you want to work at or waste your time.oh yea some people drink on their breaks also. there is no rules to this place until someone gets hurt.

Free products. There is no pros other than the one mention. This place is not a place to recommend to anyone

Everything was a Cons. No benefits. Terrible management & employees. Everyone is stabbing each other in the back to get no where. Short hours because of no sales. Micro-management all the time. CEO treats his employees & his family like peasants.
