Pros

Good hours, great opportunity to develop relationships with clients and the community.

Cons

Terrible with compliance eg: BSA record keeping. 10 year old technology on the platform side. No room to advance, and terrible management.

Pros

I work remotely for Liberty Bank, N.A., which is definitely a pro. Coming from a large company, it’s nice to be close to so many staff members and be able to provide input to increase efficiencies.

Cons

It can be hard to balance time with the 3 hour time difference, but I make it work.

Pros

Small town community, well established company, patrons are generally very nice people

Cons

No room for advancement and very limited opportunities. Not much as far as work-life balance. Gossip culture and lots of favoritism. Employees and managers coming to work ill even though company provides ample sick time and benefits. There is an element of anger and resentment towards clients who have more than others and a palatable disdain for the rich. Unfortunately, cattyness, drama seems seems to be all too common.
