Pros

Convenient if you live in Bayside. Most employees leave at 5:30.

Cons

The clients are very demanding and rude because management allows them to behave that way; they are all part of the same community. HR is not impartial, they work for management and are utterly unprofessional. Management are a clique and all belong to the same Christian cult. They have cameras everyone and all employees are under constant surveillance. They scrutinize employees and make mocking jokes to each other about their employees and what they perceive. No room for growth unless you're a close friend, family or fellow cult member.

Pros

This place may not be perfect, but the executives tried to maintain a positive working atmosphere for everyone. #ValueEveryPerson #BeaVesselofGenerosity #CommittoCollaboration #PursueExcellence A lot of learning opportunities.

Cons

This place has too much patience for BS people. You are hire to work, not to get mental therapy. The management would bend all ways to accommodate employee's needs and that make those who can get their lives together unfair. #ValueEveryPerson #BeaVesselofGenerosity #CommittoCollaboration #PursueExcellence

Pros

Hybrid work. Casual work wear. Snacks and drinks. Flexible. Some of the staff are nice to work with.

Cons

Favoritism. Promises of growth to then be told no. Employees who care about their work are not valued. Good employees overlooked and promotions given to unqualified individuals. Hiring individuals to do tasks they know nothing about. No transparency. Underpaid. If an opinion or concern is voiced and you are not a part of their cliques, you are considered a problem. Keep employees who consistently make mistakes. Preferences if you went to church with upper management. Higher up employees bother by questions. Managers look out for their own.
