The employees are great to work with, and the work culture is excellent. The managers I've worked with are flexible and supportive, always encouraging growth. The work environment is competitive but fosters personal and professional development.

This is a space that does not fosters creativity, as the streamlined processes allow you to focus on just your work. However, the base salary and commission structure could be improved.

It was nice to have hotel paid and to travel.

You still have to pay for the trips, only at a discounted rate. Also, you only "explore" the all inclusive properties they have relationships with. Not really learn about the culture. It is a business trip where every hour you are there (at said location) is mapped out for you. The other free time you get is spent at pep rallies and informative meetings.
