Overall very pleasant clientele, clean place to work, and a very tight-knit guest service team
Cons
Pay isn't competitive, you will rarely hear a positive word from management. They will only let you know when you have made a mistake, no matter how small. Even though the company is generally small and tight knit, there is an obvious hierarchy in the way things are run and employees have little to no input in how they are treated. Any concerns with a toxic environment are brushed aside or swept under the rug.
