Amazing team dynamic! Many opportunities to learn from a range of experts in their field, great communication and company culture. Remote work is one of the best pros.
Cons
Phases of fewer resources. Occasionally tend to work over the standard hours to close out some tasks (not required, but a personal choice) management makes sure to avoid this as much as possible by checking capacity and output often to restructure workloads etc.
