It is great to work at a place that does not just believe in giving everyone a voice - but was the first podcast host and has been doing that for 17+ years. We get to work with the American Heart Association, The WHO, The American Diabetes Association, AARP, The Children's Miracle Network and many other organizations and individuals making a difference in the world. Beyond working with great clients even more important you get to work with great employees - people that have a heart for podcasting. For many it is more than a job it is their passion, their hobby, and their side gig. They understand podcasting they make decision based on what is best for podcasters and podcast listeners. When we go to trade shows we don't just meet our customers often times we are meeting our friends, our tribe. This is not a place where people are backing in to their parking spaces in the morning - thinking already about leaving at the end of the day. This is a pull the car in forward and get out and start working right away kind of culture. There is no boring down times during the year - it is a go go industry that will keep you busy through out the entire year. If you want to help make a difference in the world - this is a great place to work.
