Super on board teams that are hard working and supportive. Room to grow with the company. Lots to learn. Willing to work and train those who are not familiar with the industry. Super fast paced with high expectations for those who like to live up to those kinds of things. Fun if you like that kind of hard-working environment.
Cons
Growing very fast, may seem overwhelming for a new coming with the many tasks that may be assigned - but that can easily be turned around into a pro for anyone who like challenges and can come to work each day with a positive attitude and willingness to work with the team. There are some employees who may not have the most positive attitude, but that is a personal thing and nothing specifically reflective of the company, especially if you are mature enough to not mind it.
