You’re consistently exposed to new business, and it’s a great environment to develop your skills and build your own book if you’re willing to put in the work. The experience you get is hands-on and accelerates quickly, especially working with a range of client situations. If you’re motivated and want to grow, the platform is there.

The pace can be demanding. With the volume of new business coming in, it can be difficult to stay fully on top of everything at times. Capacity can feel stretched, and you need to be very organized and proactive to manage it effectively. It’s a great problem to have, but it does require a high level of discipline to keep up.
