We understand that technical issues arise which is why we have allowances built in for those situations. Being short staffed presents challenges that can be frustrating, and we are actively working to fill vacant positions to better support our team. We do not condone public call-outs or a culture where employees feel unsupported, and we are reinforcing these expectations with our leadership team.
