Pros
Pay and Allowance when travelling. Opportunity to "see the wold". The plant is now working three day weeks due to poor performance, So I suppose you only have to work three days a week now.
Cons
80 hour, 6.5 day work week is the norm at remote sites. Do not expect honesty from the folks working in this company. The job and what it entails is completely opaque, all communications are done on the back channel. Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.
