Pros

Great community filled with some great people.

Cons

Unless you’re super friends with someone higher up in the company, have family who works at the company (not always), or have the ear constantly of the CEO, you’re not going anywhere here. I have seen time and time again where good people come in and get churned out because of toxic or backstabbing managers in their department. And it would be one thing if in the midst of all this that there was a place, a department, almost like a resource for humans to go to and explain your grievances with an effort to create change. But unfortunately, no such place exist here at Life-Assist. They have a department that protects only the company’s image and the CEO’s favorite people, but sadly it is a COMPANY WIDE fact that there is ABSOLUTELY no point in going to HR about anything. There were a few people who tried to prove that fact wrong, and they’re no longer here anymore. And it hasn’t gotten better. Overall, if you’re looking for a place to just bury your head, do just your job, and not aspire to thrive or grow within a company, then Life-Assist is for you. But don’t think for one moment that any grievance, issue, problem or pain against a supervisor or manager will be heard, let alone be resolved. It’s sad to say, but it’s the truth.
