This inaction contributed to a culture that allowed unprofessional behavior to persist, ultimately making the workplace atmosphere even more toxic. As a result, many employees felt they had no choice but to seek employment elsewhere in order to find a more positive and respectful environment. -The company consistently prioritized revenue generation over its stated core values, often at the expense of employee well-being and ethical practices.

Pros

The CEO cares about retaining employees and longevity. Turning into an ESOP is high on the list of Pros and the value it offers continues to grow. Managers here care and do their best to bring out the best in their department. It’s a small company that makes a big splash - if you are prepared to make an effort and have reasonable expectations in what you want out of a career you will enjoy the rewarding challenges the job offers.
