Not the most organized & Structured organization

Lots of creative independence, incredible and diverse resident-body, overall a very warm and fun atmosphere. Most of the people who live and work here are just down-right good people. Makes the day more enjoyable.

They cut corners, giving many of their associates multiple jobs, to the point that everyone is too busy to properly function or communicate. There are also associates who have been working with the company for a long time, that intentionally make it harder for newer people, because they are miserable.
