Following multiple transitions in leadership over the past five years, the dust is finally starting to settle, and continuity of leadership along with a refreshing new culture of management are being established. Employee satisfaction seems to be improving and smiles are complimenting the always present client-centered compassionate care. I admire how staff members seem to be taking more accountability for ensuring a safe and healing environment. I feel privileged to work with my colleagues in the day-to-day challenges of behavioral healthcare.

There’s always challenges in the workplace. It seems as though a few “pot-stirrers” still exist, but not near as many when I first joined the organization. People appear to be working better together.
