Chairman Mr Aditya Ahluwalia is one of the finest people I have known. Broad-minded, democratic and mild-mannered, it's great to be working for him. He gives me the space necessary for an editor to function freely and independently.

There is no downside of working for LP. Except perhaps that mainstream media is yet to give us the recognition we deserve. But with the changing times, this too shall happen.

No downsides of the company as such. It has started leaving the imprints of can-do-better with time, to become a mammoth firm in the coming few years.
