Great company culture at HQ. Positive work environment. Accessible management. Good pay and benefits. Good work life balance. Empowerment and trust. High producing collaborative team. Management cares about its employees. Great consumer service. Best award-winning gummy vitamins and supplements out there. Love the variety and challenge of my work. Wonderful to want to go to work every morning.
Cons
Unfortunately the company was just sold to American-owned Santa Cruz Nutritionals due to politics between investors and the founder. So sad. All 18 of us in Burlington will soon be looking for work. The office will be closing as tbere is no need for a Canadian HQ.
