Pros
Reasonable work hours, clear expectations, manual labor, tech savy, interacting with customer via phone and in person, communication among ASM, SM, and AM is great.
Cons
Manual labor can be strenuous and taxing, high expectations that are circumstantially effected, flex bonus, long training process with videos that the sound fluctuates, pay is different so make sure you do not settle.
