Pros

Great perks of free membership. The people who work there are motivated by health and wellness, so you get a good cohort of coworkers.

Cons

It is veneer luxury. The company has poor training and organization that is masked by the “business ownership” mentality. The commitment to making a truly luxury, exceptional experience is not there. It is not present in the product, the compensation or the labor model.

Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
