Pros
It was a good atmosphere, had mostly good products, good benefits if full time, you could use the gym for free, lots of training opportunities.
Cons
Not a good structure for the hairstylist to make money, a lot of favoritism (maybe just at my location) always a lack of available back bar products, there were certain process they wanted you to go through (since they are corporate) but it was never enforced primarily because they were silly and time consuming considering you were always double booked or had nothing, overall seems like there was a lot of miscommunication between managers and corporate. Didn't hate it, i just couldn't make money there.
