Pros

Benefits Very nice facility Free membership

Cons

BEWARE! The gym looks great from top to bottom, amazing facility BUT that’s where they get you.. No Work/Life balance. You will be there all the time in the beginning spending most of your day doing lead generation or training members for free. At the end of the month expect to be there all day to meet your goal. The company does not care about helping members just making money. Regardless of whatever they try to pitch to you to say otherwise. Very money driven company with a what you can’t do another person will mindset. Unrealistic monthly revenue goals that often fluctuate do to monthly company events every 4 months. Minimum 2 hours of unpaid meetings/week You’re asked to clean the equipmenr for free You will find yourself working more than 8 hours/day and they do not pay overtime. Like stated above, their system is flawed if you want to spend the first 2 years making dirt for a paycheck until you can actually make decent money then this job is for you. You won’t see any real money here unless you plan on being here for years. You can make more in less time elsewhere.

Pros

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
