      Autonomy to do a lot on your own

      Cons

      Because there is no clear guidance it makes it hard to find a standard. Employees do not get paid to attend meetings since it is commission only after a certain productivity.

      Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
