      Pros

      Free membership and paid vacation, if allowed to take one. Nothing more positive to say.

      Cons

      They fire for nothing with no warning. Expect ALL to do the work of several people alone and then fire or demote when that can not be accomplished. Everyone seems to work in fear of losing their job no matter how well they perform.
