      Tops in the industry. Endless Members to engage and build relationships with. Very structured.

      Cons

      Lack of Work/Life Balance. Large driving focus on Sales and not so much on helping the member.

      Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
