      Pros

      How the company functions and operates truly is amazing. There's constant learning and education around fitness and health with RD's and PhD's who are true fitness professionals. You can make pretty decent money as well.

      Cons

      As with any PT or commissionable job, the hours can be rough. However, once you have your business set-up it's pretty flexible and a lot more manageable.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
