      Pros

      Good people. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. The work was fun, fast, and varied. I got to touch just about everything.

      Cons

      Management was pretty nonexistent. Commitment to employees feels fake. Never received proper training. The second star is a reflection of the team, not the company. I would give the team 5 stars if I were reviewing them.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
