      The goal to help in the donation and transplant world

      Cons

      Tribalism, everyone gossips about everyone, and report each other behind their backs. Management shows favoritism and extremely unprofessional. Lack of accountability between employees and failure of proper education. Extremely hostile and intimidating environment.

      I love my job here! It is amazing to help donors and donor families to carry out the wish of organ donation gift and allow the donor to live on!

      24 hour shifts can be brutal, but are also a blessing to work and life balance!

      Pay is competitive with hospital

      Cons

      Poor management. They discriminate between who they like and who they don’t like. I was fired without any performance plan. They offered correction I accepted and then no correction was offered. From my perspective I was doing better and then they just fired me without an explanation and without a set of criteria.
