- Lack of communication leading to misinformation, lack of transparency, chaos and frustration. - Vision is lacking therefore no structure and no strategy. - No funding and no clear path towards funding. - Many, many (30+) unpaid volunteers are spending their expertise and time for Lifebonder without getting anything back in return - it's exploitative. - Work environment is tense, high expectations, low sense of structure.

- Dedicated and talented volunteers from all over the world who genuinely want to build something meaningful. - Interesting mission about rebuilding human connection and authentic communities - A chance to gain experience leading international teams, if you can tolerate the lack of structure.

- Company is not actually incorporated; operates as a sole proprietorship while “employing” 50+ unpaid volunteers. - HR lacks professionalism and transparency. - No functioning app, unclear organizational structure, and poor communication from leadership. - Critical thinking, addressing issues, or offering professional advice are often labeled as “negativity” or “uncooperativeness.”
